Ownership

You Own the NFT. Each Pixelated Ape is an NFT on the Ethereum blockchain. When you purchase an NFT, you own the underlying Pixelated Ape, the Art, completely.

Commercial Use - Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms, PixeLabs grants you an unlimited, worldwide license to use, copy, and display the purchased Art for the purpose of creating derivative works based upon the Art (“Commercial Use”).

Your access to and use of this Site is subject to all applicable laws and regulations that apply to this Site, as well as these Website Terms and Conditions. Your use of this Site constitutes acceptance of these Website Terms and Conditions without reservation, limitation or qualification. BY USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE AND CONSENT TO THE PRACTICES AND POLICIES DESCRIBED IN THESE WEBSITE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU ARE SUBMITTING YOUR ACCEPTANCE TO THESE WEBSITE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, AND YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY AND BE A PARTY TO THESE WEBSITE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
